1. What materials are your prints made of?

Our art prints are printed on premium archival-quality paper (matte finish, 200+ gsm) that’s designed to last for decades without fading. Framed options use solid wood frames with shatterproof acrylic glazing.

2. How do I choose the right size?

We offer multiple sizes for most designs. Measure your wall space before ordering! A good rule of thumb: for a standard gallery wall, 11×14” works perfectly; for a statement piece above a sofa or bed, go with 16×20” or larger.

3. How long does shipping take?

Production takes 2–5 business days. US shipping adds 5–10 business days, and international adds 10–20 business days. See our Shipping Policy page for full details.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders over $50 ship free within the United States. International shipping rates vary by destination.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each print is made on demand, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or refund you fully. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.

6. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! Currently all orders are shipped in protective packaging suitable for gifting. Stay tuned for gift wrap options.

7. Can I customize a design?

8. How do I care for my art print?

Keep your print out of direct sunlight to prevent fading over decades. Dust gently with a dry cloth. If framed, wipe the frame with a slightly damp cloth. Your print will last a lifetime with basic care.
