No Change-of-Mind Returns

Since every item is produced on demand, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind — this includes ordering the wrong size or simply changing your preference. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a printing defect, manufacturing error, or physical damage from shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll make it right — either a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm. Your bank may take a little longer to show it on your statement.
