Okay but not ideal:
- Slightly angled photos
- Pets with collars (we can remove them)
Please avoid:
- Side profiles
- Dark or blurry photos
- Pets wearing hats or costumes
- Multiple pets in one photo (contact us for custom quotes)

Q: How long does it take?
A: Design takes 1-3 business days. Production and shipping take another 5-7 business days. Total: 7-10 business days.
Q: Can I make changes to the design?
A: Yes! Your order includes 1 free revision. Need more changes? Additional revisions are $5 each. We want you to love it.
Q: What if I don't like the final design?
A: If you're not happy with the design before it goes to print, we'll refund you 100%. Once production starts, custom portraits can't be returned (they're one-of-a-kind!). But if there's a quality issue with the print, we'll make it right — guaranteed.
Q: Can I add my pet's name to the portrait?
A: Absolutely! Just mention it in the Special Requests box when you order. No extra charge.

Since every print is made on demand, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives with a defect or damage, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
